Kitchen Blueprint

I will take you from kitchen vision to actionable plan. The objective is to get you a plan so you can order appliances, counters and cabinets for your contractor to install.

My services here include,

1) Design consultation:

(Onsite or virtual) 1 hour

We review any inspiration pictures, Pinterest boards etc. We obtain the high level aesthetic objective of what we’re trying to do.

During this consultation you will also be asked to provide,

-High-level dimensions (measuring will be done later if virtual)

-Any specific requirements you already have (will walk through this in more detail later)

-Any material constraints for the area were designing in. Aka, water mains, load bearing walls, or anywhere that is off-limits and cannot be changed or something that absolutely needs to be changed.

-Budget and timeline

-Brand preferences / contractor details *if available

2) Design scenario review:

(Virtual) 1 hour

-About a week post our design consultation, we will meet again to review my initial thoughts and recommendations. I will present one or more design scenarios to collaboratively review.

-We walk through specific requirements based on how you live and what you are looking to do in the space (entertainment, child friendly feeding area, etc)

-I will take away changes from this meeting and update up to 2 scenarios with changes (we’re narrowing it down)

3) Scenarios refinement meeting(s):

(Virtual)

-Two (2), 30min, meetings to refine and finalize selected design

Contracted Deliverables,

1) High level design scenarios

- Up to 3 different design mock ups with floor plans and elevation. I will outline the pros the cons and the differences between, but also provide my recommendation

2) Final design

-This includes a floor plan, elevations, and a virtual mock up of the space

-Product lists for ordering purpoes
